Hope is the most beautiful, well-put-together Belgian QH cross. She has a spectacular, shiny mahogany-red coat and a flaxen mane and tail. Not only is she beautiful, but her mind and heart are incredible. Simply put, she’s what so many people are looking for!

Hope is as safe as safe can be, loves people of all ages (when she sees someone walking towards her pasture, she comes right over and loves on you), loves to be snuggled and loved on, nothing phases her, she has incredible ground manners - she’ll stand like a statue on the cross ties to be groomed/bathed/tacked and picks up all four feet. She would be an awesome addition to a therapy program, mounted patrol unit, lesson program, as a family mount or for someone looking for a really quiet and safe horse.

Hope is a pleasure to ride. If you’re a person that needs a confidence builder, she will help you do that both on the ground and while riding. She stands quietly while being mounted and won’t move off until asked. She’s a set-it-and-forget-it type of ride, no need to keep pushing, she has a nice level headset and a big uphill canter the is smooth and slow (currently working on picking up the right lead.. she picks up the left lead effortlessly). She gives nicely in the bridle, can ride collected or throw away the reins and she rides the same, moves off your legs, turns on her haunches, has a great stop, and backs up. While she is definitely more whoa than go, she does move beautifully . Hope is completely desensitized to tarps, whips, big blow-up balls, dogs, four-wheelers, tractors, cars, cows, chickens, and whatever else you can throw at her, off her, or around her! She rides English or Western, bareback, rides tandem, super fun to ride bareback, takes a joke, is willing, loves to learn, and she welcomes goofing off. Hope is kid-safe, husband-safe, and beginner-safe. Out on the trails, she absolutely goes wherever you point her. Over bridges, through water, rides out alone or with others. She is not barn or herd sour and will ride past her friends and off the property, she is completely road and traffic safe.

Loads and trailers perfectly, great for the vet and farrier, no vices, no injuries. Hope is happy to live inside or out, can be with others or alone. Serious buyers are welcome to come and ride her! PPEs also welcome. This girl is the same horse every day. She can be ridden daily or sit for weeks/months and is still the same! Take her in whatever direction you want!
